No returns or exchanges

Because our items are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order at info@bijouxcookiesandtea.com.


Damages and issues
We take every precaution to ensure that your cookies arrive undamaged, and no one wants them to arrive intact more than we do.  However, once they leave our facility,  we cannot take responsibility for damage done by UPS or Fed Ex.  We do, however, insure each package for the amount of the order, so if the order is damaged or delayed past your requested delivery date, please contact us immediately so that we can work to make it right through a replacement order (if time permits), or through a refund.
