Products are shipped by UPS or Fed Ex via 2-day Air or 3-Day Ground.  Please make sure that the address you provide when ordering is the correct one for shipping.   Cookies are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box, which is then placed in a strong outer box enclosed with bubble wrap to ensure no movement.  Although every precaution is taken, and no one wants your order to arrive in perfect condition more than we do, once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for damage done by the USPS or UPS.  We do, however, insure each package for the amount of the order, so if the order is damaged or arrived after the requested date, please contact us immediately so that we can work to make it right through a replacement order (if time permits), or through a refund.
